STATUTES AND BY-LAWS Of
With common consent the by laws have been framed for the proper and prompt Pakistan Flying Disc Federation. These are hereunder inscribed in Sections and Sub Sections. . S.1: That the name of the Federation will be Pakistan Flying Disc Federation S.1a: That all the two names:
Will be properly projected by all the members of the Federation for they can be easily understood on international levels by different fans and members of Disc and Frisbee Sports Associations / Federations. S.1b: Abbreviation will be used PFDF. S.1c: Monogram of the Federation is designed and pasted at the website. S.1d: That the major objective and interests of the Federation shall be:
S.1e: That the Head Quarter of the Federation is located in Gujranwala city – Pakistan. S.1f: That the official language of the Federation is English and Urdu. S.1g: That in Pakistan only one National Frisbee/ Flying disc Federation no section or Group are allowed. S.1h: All The Provincial Associations are Affiliated with PFDF. (Pakistan Flying Disc Federation), City Associations are work under Provincial and All the Clubs are registered and work Under their respective City Associations S.1i: All the positions of the federation are honorary and without salary. S:1j: If required general body may decide to hire a salaried staff. S. 2: There would be a chairman of the Federation for performing such duties as are deemed by the body adequate for achieving such goals which may be necessary for strengthening the motto of the Federation. S. 2a: The Chairman would be a man of parts and a prominent figure in society. He would be a seasoned gentleman with good repute in all circles. S.2c: That the Chairman will represent all the important meetings to project the aims and objectives of the Federation. S. 3: That a senior vice chairman and a vice chairmen will work with the Chairman for the promotion of the Federation. S.4: There will be a President of the Federation with good repute in different circles of the society. S.4a: That the President will be in authority to check whether or not the funds are being utilized for the purpose for which they were allocated and if he finds some mismanagement he will bring the matter on the Agenda for discussion in the Monthly Meeting of the General Body of the Federation. S.4b: That the President will patronize all the clubs and participate in their meetings and also those activities which may be deemed important by him. S.4c: That the President will be the final authority in approving any constitutional amendment but with the advice and consent of the Secretary General of the Federation. S.4d: The President Nominate Chief Coordinator from the coordinators those are nominated by the secretary General. S.4e: That if the President feels that some violation of the by laws is being committed by any member of the Governing Body, he will intimate the Secretary General of the Federation regarding that issue who in response will call the meeting of the Body and the issue will be put forth before the Body who will decide unanimously. S.4f: That the President will announce the dissolution of Any (City / Province) Association with the advice and consent of the Secretary General of the Federation. S.5. : That there would be a Senior Vice President and a Vice President. S.6: That the Senior Vice President, Vice President and Coordinators will work under the command of the President and seek his consent for the actions which they deem necessary to take for the betterment of the Federation. S.7: That whoever violates or oversteps any of the sections will be brought to book in the manner described in Section 7a. S.7a: That he who misuses the name of the Federation for his own ulterior motives will be expelled from the body after assessing the truth and weight age of the facts. S.8: That there would be a Secretary General of the Federation who will be the epicenter of all the activities of the Federation. That the he will be well aware of by laws of the Federation. S.8a: That The Secretary General can preside on behalf of the President in his absence. S.8b: That the Secretary General will nominate the five coordinator and Registration Committee Members. S.8c: That The Secretary General is delegated with powers to summon the meeting of the General Body to take proper measures including expulsion of any member from the body. S:8d: That the Secretary General will announce the dissolution of the General Body of the Federation with the advice and consent of the President of the Federation. S.8e: The Secretary General can change the registration members any time S.8f: That the Secretary General will also perform the duties of the Chief Election Commissioner for the new election of the complete body. S.9: That all members of the Federation, Associations, or Clubs would be strictly prohibited to participate in International Events without getting No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Secretary General. S9a: That all the Sections and Sub Sections are binding on all the members of the Federation respectively and if any of the members violates any of the Sections or Sub Sections such measures may be taken by the Secretary General as deemed by him proper. S.10: That there would be a Disciplinary Committee comprising of not more than seven members. The Committee has the right to cancel the registration of registered members / clubs / associations S.10a: That the Disciplinary Committee will be headed by a Chairman who must have been its member for at least Four years. S.10b: That the Disciplinary Committee Members must be the President of his Club. S.10c: That The Committee Members will elect their Chairman. S.10d: That the Members of the Committee may pass a resolution against their Chairman and oust him with majority vote. S.12: That there would be a Registration Committee. S.12a: That The Chief of the Registration Committee will issue the Membership cards and Registration Certificates to the Member Clubs and Associations. S.15: That the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held every year. The minutes of the meeting will be circulated to all the members and must send a copy to the Founder of the Federation. However, Secretary General can call emergency meeting when it is necessary. S.15a: That the report of the previous year will be reviewed , suggestions from all the honorable members will be discussed, the Calendar of the next year will be finalized , the efficiency report of the Affiliated Units will be discussed in the meeting. S.15b: The suggestions of the founder are honorable. All Annual Progress and Audit Report is forwarded to him life time for their suggestions S.15c: That the expenditures of the next planned year will be arranged and finalized. S.15c: That Audit Report will be presented in the AGM audited by the Honorary Auditors.
S.16: Election and selection process will be held at every 29th
February and the result forward to the Founder of the Federation. |
